Coating material: PU coated nylon tissue, thickness 0.70mm (Optional PVC coating material)

The PU-coated blanket is CL free and fire-retardant according to DIN EN 75200

The shielding is made with elastic lead sheets with net thickness of 6.00 mm.

The lead is then introduced into a PU envelope, and the coating material has been compact welded together around all the edges.

The purity of the lead is 99.95% Pb, according to the standard DIN EN 1719/DIN EN 10204 - 3.1.

Both insides of the blankets have an impact-resistant elastic protective plate. The protective plate protects the lead sheets against impacts and prevents any extensive bending of lead, anyway, allowing sufficient adaptation, and the lead part has no clod formations. The blanket as a whole maintains its even thickness.

Around the blanket there are suspending rings made of stainless steel, brass or of acid-resistant steel (Optional).

The blanket has a excellent durability and is very easy to clean.

You can choose from three different shielding types. Special designs are available upon request.

The total thickness of the blanket is 10mm.

Keeply lead blankets are available in the colors of the cover plate: RAL 9010, RAL 9006, RAL 1018, RAL 2008, RAL 3002, RAL 9005.
